Deltang DSM2/DSMX Micro High Voltage Receivers for Land-Based Use

Please take a look at this notice on Rx6 availability.

Receivers: Rx60 | Rx61 | Rx62 | Rx63 | Rx65
Programmers: Prog3, Prog4

UK designed and manufactured DSM2/DSMX ultra micro 2.4GHz high voltage (> 10V) receivers for land based applications: cars, boats, trains, ... All are compatible with the Spektrum DSM2/DSMX Air and DSM2 Surface modulation types and have a bi-directional ESC ('H') and servo or switch outputs ('P'), all of which may be programmed to suit your need. Either a stick type transmitter or PROG3 / PROG4 may be used for configuring the receiver settings.

P outputs are 0V when off, 3V when on and can supply up to 20mA - great for driving LEDs or servos. F outputs are open-drain switches capable of up to 2A. Only the Rx65 and Rx65 have F outputs. If you need to switch high current or an external circuit (e.g. sound trigger) from Rx60. Rx61, Rx62 or Rx63 then an add-on FET buffer is available.

* The ESC max current is specified without a heatsink (as supplied). The max current (at 13V for Rx60, Rx61 and Rx62) can be increased by the addition of an aluminium heatsink plate the same size as the receiver circuit board, or larger.

The -22 variant of Rx6x receivers provides a Selecta feature to enable control of multiple receivers from a single transmitter. Selecta allows models to be brought in and out of service via the transmitter without touching them.

All receivers are available as a bare board with solder pads for you to attach wires or with fitted with 100mm lead-out wires for you to cut to length and solder to motor, switch, etc.

Rx60

Rx60 is a 6 output (1 ESC, 5 'P' ) DSM2/DSMX compatible micro receiver for use in surface vehicle: cars, boats and train locomotives. The receiver is designed to operate from 3-13v DC which allows it to be used with many battery combinations. 1S, 2S and 3S lipos are common choices (3S = 3 cells in series), 3-8 NiMH or a PP3. The motor output (H1) can supply up to 1.3A when the motor is stalled at 100% throttle.

Suitable for 0n30, 00/H0 Gauge and smaller Gauge 0 / 16mm Narrow Gauge

Size:11 x 22.5mm
Voltage Range:3-13V
ESC Current:1.3A

Rx61

Rx61 is similar in size to Rx60 but has 9 outputs (1 ESC, 8 'P') . The receiver can operate from 3-13v DC and can supply up to 1.3A when the motor is stalled at 100% throttle.

Suitable for 00/H0 Gauge and smaller Gauge 0 / 16mm Narrow Gauge where more auxiliary outputs are required - e.g. for lighting or sound card triggers

Size:12 x 22.5mm
Voltage Range:3-13V
ESC Current:1.3A

Rx62

Rx62 is a 5 output (1 ESC, 4 'P') micro receiver with a built-in reed e-switch for remotely switching the receiver on and off. When off, the current is low enough to leave the receiver connected to the battery. A suitable magnet is available separately.

The receiver can operate from 3-13v DC and can supply up to 1.3A when the motor is stalled at 100% throttle.

Suitable for 00/H0 Gauge and smaller 0 Gauge / 16mm Narrow Gauge.

Size:11.5 x 28.2mm
Voltage Range:3-13V
ESC Current:1.3A

Rx63

Rx63 is a small 5 output (1 ESC, 4 'P') receiver for lower voltages: the motor output can supply up to 1A at 4.5V and up to 0.5A at 9V.

Suitable for larger 009, 0n30 and smaller 00/H0 Gauge locos. Now obsolete.

Size:9.6 x 16.6mm
Voltage Range:3-9V
ESC Current:1A @ 5V, 0.5A @ 9V

Rx65

Rx65 is a larger receiver with 12 outputs (1 ESC, 3 'F', 8 'P').

Suitable for 0 Gauge, 16mm Narrow Gauge (32mm and 45mm) plus smaller Gauge 1 locos

Size:38 x 14mm
Voltage Range:3-13V
ESC Current:3A

Rx66

Rx66 is the largest receiver in the Deltang range and has 12 outputs (1 ESC, 3 'F', 8 'P'). The receiver can operate up to 18V with 4A motor current, or 6A if the optional heatsink is fitted.

Suitable for larger 0 Gauge, 16mm Narrow Gauge (32mm and 45mm), Gauge 1 and smaller Gauge 3 locos

Size:46 x 26mm
Voltage Range:3-18V
ESC Current:4A, 6A with heatsink
